The findings reveal that Al-Amanah Islamic Elementary School has successfully created strategic advantages through distinctive programs focused on character building, moral education, and Islamic spirituality, including the Subuh Study Program, Tahfidz Camp, daily Qur’anic, voluntary fasting, and tahsin–tahfidz examinations as graduation requirements. These programs reflect value innovation as conceptualized in Blue Ocean Strategy and are systematically managed through the four perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard: customer, internal process, learning and growth, and financial perspectives.
